摘要
学生的需要是高校教学的出发点和归宿。对三峡大学1784名在校学生的问卷调查显示,高校在课程教学、师生交流、课程设置、创新训练方面表现平庸,没有获得满意的赞成票。应试教育的模式、师本教育的逻辑、专业教育的内核、传统教育的路线是高校教学不能满足学生需要的根本原因。以学生需要为导向进行教学改革,需要建立内在激励与外在激励相结合的评价制度,树立管理与服务兼顾的教学观念,设置通识教育与专业教育并重的课程结构,搭建理论教学与实践教学融通的平台。
The need of students is the starting point and end-result of education in colleges and universities. A survey of 1784 college students in Three Gorges University shows teaching, communication, curriculum and innovation can't make students feel satisfied. It can be attributed to the exam-oriented education mode, teacher-based logic, kernel of technician education and traditional education route. To set up student-oriented higher education, we need to establish the evaluation system of intrinsic motivation with extrinsic motivation, adopt the idea of management with service, combine general education with professional education, and integrate theory teaching with practices.
