论北京市属高校科技竞争力的问题及对策

Technology Competitiveness of Beijing Municipal Universities

高校科技竞争力是反映一个国家或地区科技发展水平和创新能力的重要标志。北京市属高校作为一个地方院校群体,目前面临着高层次拔尖人才匮乏、科技经费投入存在结构性差异、国家级科技成果获奖类型单一、科技成果转化率较低、科研产出效率不高等问题。解决这些问题需要市属高校重新明确科技事业发展定位,加强与地方经济发展的紧密结合,深化与在京科研院所、中央院校的合作,加快科技成果转化的步伐,大力营造吸引人才的环境,加快体制机制创新。

Technology competitiveness of universities is a key symbol to indicate technology development and innovation capacity in a country or region. As local groups, Beijing municipal universities encounter several problems, such as shortage of high-level talent, divergence of fund investment, simplicity of national technology awards, low technology transformation, and low technology outcome. This paper suggests municipal universities to adjust technology orientation, strengthen close combination with local economy, deepen cooperation with local research institutes and ministry universities, speed up technology transformation, create environment to attract talents and accelerate institutional innovation.
