摘要
文章通过对公典盘铭重新梳理认为该盘当为齐器,是齐国公典为嫁到邿国之女所作媵器。"子姜首"称谓,"子"当系美称,"姜"是姓,"首"是名,"邿"当为夫国国名。""为动词,非连词,当训为"往嫁"。"于终有卒"表示在终老的时候能有所依靠。
Based on the re-interpretation of inscriptions on Gongdian pan, this article proposes that me vessel should be cast in the Qi state and serve as a dowry bronze trade by Gongdian for his daughter rmrrying a member in theZi state. Regarding the term compound ＇zi jiang shou ＇ （子姜首）,＇zi ＇ （子） is an honorific name,＇jiang ＇ （姜） represents a surname, and ＇shou ＇ （首） is equivalent to a first name.Zi stands for the name of the State to which the husband belonged. In addition, ＇ji ＇ （;~） serves as a verb in the context and means ＇ marry＇. Lastly, the term ＇yuzhongyouzu ＇ （于终有卒） ex- presses the blessing that the daughter would be taken care when she aged.
