关于农业转移人口市民化的制度探究——写在《国家新型城镇化规划》出台之际

党的十八届三中全会指出,要坚持走中国特色新型城镇化道路,推进以人为核心的城镇化。早在2010年,中国就召开了关于城镇化工作的第一次会议,关于新型城镇化的规划也是几易其稿,目的就在于凝聚共识,做好城镇化工作。近日,《国家新型城镇化规划》(以下简称《规划》)的出台明确了党和国家坚持"以人为本"的指导思想推进城镇化工作的态度。《规划》提出城镇化工作的核心是人的城镇化,要有序推进农业转移人口市民化。但是在推进这项工作中我们还面临着一些问题,如何更好、更细致地去推进农业转移人口市民化工作值得深入研究。

In order to advance this work, we Should reasearch how to promote agricultural transfer of population urbanization.
