员工信息系统深层次使用行为的影响因素及演变:社会网络的实证研究被引量：3

摘要内化阶段员工信息系统深层次使用行为直接影响企业绩效的不断提升,但是目前国内外理论研究与现实还存在偏差。从社会网络理论视角,采用实证研究,分析结果显示:企业内部员工IT支持网络等变量会积极影响员工信息系统深层次使用行为,而且随着IT工作需求的明显增加,这些变量的影响程度也会呈现相应变化。因此,为促进信息系统深层次使用和加快信息化深度发展,管理者应该重视企业内部IT支持网络的影响作用。
