防水工程质量问题越来越突出，只有将系统工程的理念应用于防水工程中，才能确保工程质量。防水工程系统承包模式的提出及实施，在华为生产基地工程中取得了良好的效果。
More and more quality problems have been found in waterproof works.They can only be solved by applying the concept of system engineering into the works.Good results have been obtained in Huawei production base in Shenzhen due to practice of mode of systematic contract for waterproof works.
