摘要
大量课堂教学实践表明,教师的观念与行为之间存在着严重的背离。真正落实新课程理念,需要教学范式的转换:由教师的华丽表演到学生的朴实发展。具体包括,教学价值诉求由任务取向、应对考试转向学生的差异发展、可持续发展;教学行为由教师独角戏、越俎代庖到给予学生时间、空间去动脑思维和动手实践;教学评价视角由教师的功绩位移到学生习惯、知识、思维、德行等方面的真实发展。基于此,探讨促进"学生朴实发展"教学系统的运行机制对当前课程改革的发展很有价值。
Contemporary teaching practice shows that there is a serious departure between teachers' teaching ideas and their behavior. The implement of new curriculum requires the transformation of teaching paradigm, that is from the gorgeous performance of teachers into the guileless of students, which specifically includes the orientation of educational value should be transformed from task-orientation and examination-orientation into the different and sustainable development of stu- dents, teaching behavior should be transformed from teacher's monologue into giving students time and space for their thinking and practice, the perspective of evaluation should be transformed from how teachers teach into the real development of students' habits, knowledge, thinking, moral and other aspects. This paper illustrates the running mechanism of the system of "the guileless development of students" .
