论地方师范院校教育类课程的综合改革

地方师范院校必须根据当前基础教育课程改革的实际要求和《教师教育课程标准》的要求进行课程改革,这是革除现存课程体系及其教学弊端的必由之路。当前,地方师范院校的教育类课程存在诸如定位不准、结构不合理、内容陈旧且脱离实际、教学方式方法单调刻板等等问题。为了更好地发挥培养教师摇篮的作用,培育出合格的高素质专业化的教师,地方师范院校应当对现存教育类课程作出全面改革,优化课程结构、精选课程内容、优化教学方法、加强教育实践。

The curriculum of local teachers＇ college must be reformed in accordance with the actual requirement of the current reform of basic educational curriculum and the requirement of ＂The Curriculum Standards of Teacher Education＂, which is the only way. Now there are lots of problems in the educational curriculum of local teachers＇ college, such as the inaccurate positioning, the irrational structure, the unrealistic and outdated contents, the monotonous teaching methods and so on. In order to better play the role of cultivating professional qualified teachers, the local teachers＇ college must conduct a comprehensive reform of educational curriculum, optimize the structure of curriculum, carefully select con- tents, improve teaching methods and strengthen educational practice.
