Synthesis of meso-5,10,15,20-Tetrakis(4-isopropylphenyl) Porphyrin and its Metalloporphyrins

摘要 探讨了在有机溶剂中利用有机酸催化合成标题化合物的反应条件,并优化了meso-5,10,15,20-四(对异丙基苯基)卟啉与金属离子的反应过程,合成了Zn(Ⅱ)、Cu(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Pb(Ⅱ)和VO(Ⅱ)等6种金属卟啉。实验结果表明:以苯甲醚为介质、一氯乙酸为催化剂时,meso-5,10,15,20-四(对异丙基苯基)卟啉的合成产率达到了25.28%。所得产品通过元素分析、UV-Vis、1HNMR表征。 The reaction conditions were explored for the synthesis of meso-5,10,15,20-tetrakis (4-isopropylphenyl) porphyrin in organic solvents catalyzed by organic acid, and optimized the reaction conditions between porphyrin and metal ions,then cobalt( Ⅱ ),nickel( Ⅱ ) ,copper( Ⅱ ),zinc( Ⅱ ), lead( Ⅱ ) and vanadyl( Ⅱ )metal porphyrins have been synthesized. The results showed that the yield of porphyrin up to 25.28% by using anisole as the solvent and catalyzed by chloroacetic acid. The structure was confirmed by elemental analysis, UV-Vis and ^1HNMR.
