摘要 建立了高纯度有机溶剂丙酮中微量有机、无机杂质以及水分含量的一系列分析检测方法。二维气相色谱质谱法(MDGC-MS)测定微量有机杂质;电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定无机元素的含量;卡尔-费休法测定微量水分的含量;凝固点下降法(FPD)和二维气相色谱质谱法(MDGC-MS)确定丙酮的含量。MDGC-MS法是一种潜在的高准确度测量痕量有机杂质的方法,结合上述其他方法,可以得出有机溶剂丙酮的纯度为99.2%,扩展不确定度为0.4%,这些方法也可以用来研究其他高纯度有机溶剂。 In this work,a series analytical methods for the determination of principal component, organic, inorganic impurities and water content in acetone have been developed. The trace organic impurities in high purity acetone were identified by two-dimensional gas chromatography mass spectrometry (MDGC-MS). Inorganic elements were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Water content was determined by Karl Fischer titrator. The value of acetone were certified using a freezing point depressing (FPD) method and MDGC-MS method. The MDGC-MS method is a potential higher-order reference measurement procedure. The results from the 2 methods were combined to give the certified concentrations and expanded uncertainties. The certified value of the reference materials of high purity acetone was 99.2% with the expended uncertainty of 0.4%. These methods also can be used to investigate other high purity organic solution.
