摘要
采用实验室自制装置,以工业硼粉作为实验原料,高纯铝作为脱溴剂,经酸洗、溴化、脱溴、分馏4个步骤成功制备了高纯三溴化硼液体,纯度达到99.9999%以上。研究了溴化温度(600—850℃)对合成产物纯度的影响。结果表明,对比不同溴化温度下的合成产物,750℃下获得的三溴化硼纯度最高,纯度为99.999986%。
Using industrial boron powder as experimental material,high purity aluminum as the dehromination agent, high purity boron tribromide was prepared successfu, lly after pickling, bmmination, debromination, fractionation by serf-made device,the purity is above 99. 999 9%. Effect of brominated temperature(600 - 850 ℃ ) on the purity of product BBr3 was investigated. The results show that the purity of BBr3 is highest when brominated temperature is 750 ℃, the purity is 99. 999 986%.
