Service Innovation of Academic Library under“MOOC”

大规模网络开放课程(MOOC)引发了高等教育领域的颠覆性创新,同时也给高校图书馆的服务内容和方式提出了新的要求。本文首先分析其对高等教育的重要影响,然后结合国外图书馆的一些实例探讨图书馆及图书馆员如何提供服务为MOOC给予支持,最后提出相应的建议。

MOOCs give rise to the disruptive innovation in the field of higher education, which also raises new demands for the content and methods of academic library service. The paper summarizes the key characteristics of MOOC, and then analyzes its significant influence on higher education, as well as probes into the ways in which academic libraries and librarians can support MOOCs. Relevant recommendations are put forth in the end.
