烟叶精益生产与管理研究

Lean Production and Management in Tobacco Leaf Production

分析了精益生产在烟叶生产与管理中的应用,即实施烟叶精益生产不仅会受到自然和生产条件的影响,而且会受到社会基础和管理制度的制约。指出推行烟叶精益生产必须根据现有自然生产条件和社会经济基础现状,紧密结合现行技术工程,着力改变烟草从业人员和广大烟农的思想观念。

The application of lean production in production and management of tobacco leaf was analyzed, namely the implementation of lean production in China tobacco leaf production will not only be affected by natural and production conditions, but also be constrained by management systems and social foundations. Therefore, the implementation of tobacco lean production and management must be based on existing natural and production conditions, current social and economic status, integrating it with current technological projects, changing tobacco grassroots ideology.
