The significance of modern agriculture development in Pearl River Delta＇was elaborated, tlae development status and existing problems were analyzed, it was pointed out that solve the problems of ＂agriculture, rural areas and farmers＂ in the pearl river delta region and develop the modern agriculture need to improve the comprehensive agricultural production capacity, lay solid foundation of modern agricultural development constantly, in order to ensure the efficiency of agriculture and rural prosperity and increase farmers＇ income.
