摘要
应用免疫金标记抗体技术检测了沙田柚自花授粉后 1~ 3d花柱 1/2处通道细胞中识别蛋白定位分布 ,表明金颗粒依次定位于内质网 ,高尔基体、纤维壁 ,证实沙田柚花柱1/2处通道细胞中金颗粒分布的变化与花粉管在花柱中生长受阻位点和时间一致。 1/2花柱通道细胞纤维壁上的糖蛋白是沙田柚不亲和反应的识别位点。
By immuno gold,the recognition protein in the stylar passage cell of shatinyu( Citrus grandis var. Shatinyu Hort.)1-3 days after self pollination was examined.The gold grains were located on the endoplasm reticulum,golgiosome and cellulose wall successively.The change of the gold grains distribution in the 1/2 stylar passage cell of shatinyu was identical to that of pollen tube stopping glycoprotein on the cellulose wall of 1/2 stylar passage cell which was the recognition site of self incompatibility of shatinyu.
