摘要
利用传统的微生物检测方法及PCR技术快速检测即食海蜇中的优势腐败菌,检测结果显示:PCR检测与传统方法鉴定出的结果一致,即食海蜇的特定腐败菌为芽孢杆菌、假单胞菌以及腐败希瓦氏菌。
The conventional microbiological detection methods and PCR techniques was used to determine rapidly the specific spoilage organism of instant jellyfish. The results showed that.the identification consequence of PCR and traditional method was consistency,and the specific spoilage organism of instant jellyfish was Bacillus, Pseudomonas and corruption Shewanella.
