保健食品是适用于特定人群食用,具有调节作用,不以治疗疾病为目的的食品。本文对近年来我国保健食品中非法添加物现状、安全性和具体的检测技术加以系统整理、分析和总结,为规范保健食品技术评审和探索快速、有效的检测方法提供参考。
