摘要
药物超敏反应综合征(drug—inducedhypersensitivitysyndrome,DIHS)是具有发热、皮疹、淋巴结肿大、肝肾损害、血液学改变等特征性表现的一种新的重症药源性疾病,死亡率高,受到临床日益关注和重视。本文将7例DIHS典型病例的临床表现、治疗方案和预后转归等进行分析.供广大临床医师借鉴参考。
