药物超敏反应综合征7例临床分析 被引量：4

摘要 药物超敏反应综合征（drug—inducedhypersensitivitysyndrome，DIHS）是具有发热、皮疹、淋巴结肿大、肝肾损害、血液学改变等特征性表现的一种新的重症药源性疾病，死亡率高，受到临床日益关注和重视。本文将7例DIHS典型病例的临床表现、治疗方案和预后转归等进行分析．供广大临床医师借鉴参考。
