摘要
研究川白芷种子水溶性内源性抑制物质活性及其存在的部位。以小麦、白菜和莴苣种子为受体,对川白芷种子不同浸提时间、不同部位和不同浓度的水浸液进行生物活性测定。川白芷种子水浸液对3种受体植物种子的萌发有抑制作用。对白菜芽鲜重、芽干重、芽长和根长有促进作用,对根鲜重、根干重有抑制作用;对小麦幼苗生长发育有抑制作用;对莴苣的芽生长发育有促进作用而对根生长有抑制作用。川白芷种子和翅膜中均存在水溶性内源性萌发抑制物质,但萌发抑制效应与受体植物、浸提时间、部位和浓度相关。
Study on the activity and distribution of water-soluble endogenous germination inhibition of Sichuan Angelica Dahurica seed. The biological activity of water extract of Sichuan Angelica Dahurica seed were determined by taking wheat, Chinese cabbage and lettuce seeds as receptors. Water extract was obtained by dealing with different extraction time, part of seed and concentrations. Water extract of Sichuan Angelica Dahurica seed inhibited the germination of three kinds of receptors. There was auto-action on buds fresh weight, shoot dry weight, bud length and root length of Chinese cabbage, but inhibitory effect on root fresh weight, root dry weight. There was inhibitory effect on growth and development of wheat. There was promoting effect on buds growth of lettuce, but inhibitory effect on root growth. There was water-soluble endogenous germination inhibition in Sichuan Angelica Dahurica seed and wing membrane, and the effect was associated with different receptor plants, extraction time, part of seed and concentration of water extract.
