外源ABA对小麦抗旱性和产量性状的影响 被引量:15

Effects of Exogenous ABA on Wheat Drought Resistance and Yield

摘要 研究了干旱胁迫下外源ABA对抗旱小麦品种晋麦47号不同生长阶段的抗旱性的效果。结果表明,一定浓度的外源ABA浸种能分别提高小麦种子发芽势211.99%、发芽率63.00%、相对发芽率62.87%,利于苗齐苗壮,增强发芽期抗旱性。苗期喷施ABA能促进幼苗生长,幼苗株高、茎叶干重、根干重分别显著提高12.74%、9.60%、13.00%,伤害率比对照降低11.51%。孕穗期喷施ABA,促进了光合作用,增强了抗旱能力,叶片相对含水率提高46.39%,叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm值极显著提高,增加产量9.26%。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of exogenous ABA on wheat seed germination, plant growth and yield under water stress by using the drought-resistant wheat variety of Jinmai 47. The results showed that seed presoaking with exogenous ABA could increase wheat germination potential by 211.99% , germination percentage by 63.00% ,relative germination percentage by 62.87% , and enhanced drought resistance at germination stage. Spraying ABA at seedling stage could promote plant growth, and significantly increase plant height, shoot and root dry matter weight by 12.74% ,9.60% and 13.00% , respectively. Injuring rate was decreased by 11.51% compared with the control. Spraying ABA at booting stage could promote photosynthesis and improve drought resistance. Leaf relative water content significantly improved by 46.39%. Chlorophyll fluorescent parameters Fv/Fm increased by 2.52% and yield increased by 9.26%.
