不同水平硼对春小麦生长发育及结实率的影响 被引量:17

摘要 用溶液培养法对硼与小麦生长发育及结实率的关系进行了研究。结果表明 :(1)无硼影响小麦的营养生长 ,缺硼不影响小麦的营养生长 ,但影响小麦的生殖生长。 (2 )缺硼严重影响小麦的穗分化 ,在一定施硼范围内 ,随着硼施用量的增加 ,总小穗数和有效小穗数增多。 (3)不同年份 ,气候因子不同 ,对硼的需要量不同。1997年 ,在 0~ 1μmol/L范围 ,1998年 ,在 0~ 10 μmol/L范围内 ,随着硼浓度的提高 ,结实率呈增高趋势。 (4) The experiments were conducted with solution culture to study the effect of boron on growth and development and grain setting percentage of wheat. (1) Boron free (B 0) had influence on the vegetative growth of wheat. Boron deficiency affected the reproductive growth, not the vegetative growth. (2)The application rates of boron greatly affected the spike differentiation of wheat. In a certain range, gross spikelets and available spikelets increased with the increasing rate of boron applied. (3) There were different climate factors in different years, which caused wheat to require different amounts of boron for meeting the need of its growth and development. In boron 0~1 μmol/L ranges in 1997 and 0~10 μmol/L in 1998, grain setting percentage of wheat had correspondingly increased with increasing boron applied. (4) The critical period of wheat required boron was that of booting. \;
