摘要
激素敏感脂肪酶 (Hormone sensitivelipase ,HSL)是负责分解脂肪组织中甘油三酯释放游离脂肪酸的关键酶。本研究利用PCR RFLP(polymerasechainreaction -restrictionfragmentlengthpolymorphism)方法 ,分析了猪HSL基因外显子I区多态性 ,发现不同品种猪间存在多态性。瘦肉型大白猪和长白猪全部表现为GG基因型 ;杜洛克猪表现为AG和GG两种基因型 ,其等位基因A和G的频率是 15 %和 85 % ;脂肪型通城猪和清平猪表现为AA和AG两种基因型 ,其等位基因A、G的频率分别是 91.6 7%、8.33%和 89.83%、10 .17%。
Hormone sensitive lipase (HSL) is the key enzyme responsible for the mobilization of free acids from adipose tissue, and it is also the most important enzyme that affects fat deposition. In this paper, the polymorphism of HSL gene in exon I was detected by PCR RFLP. It revealed a BsaHI site polymorphism in different pig breeds. There exist two genotypes (AA,AG) in the fat type Tongcheng pig and Qingping pig with allele frequencies of 0.917A, 0.083G and 0.893,0.107,respectively. Duroc has two genotypes (AG,GG) with allele frequencies 0.15A and 0.85 G. However, There exists only GG genotype in lean type Large White and Landrace pig.
