摘要
以玉米秸秆和猪粪混合为发酵原料,研究不同温度和不同初始pH值对厌氧发酵的影响。结果表明,在30℃发酵温度条件下,累积产气量达到最大值,为8 316 mL,且在发酵36 d时,累积产气量达到总累积产气量的91.8%。当初始pH值为7.3时,累积产气量达到最大值,为10 458 mL,且在发酵36 d时,累积产气量达到总累积产气量的90.44%。
Study on the effect of temperature and initial pH value on anaerobic fermentation of pig manure and corn straw. The results showed that cumulative gas production reached a maximum value of 8 316 mL under the conditions of 30℃ fermentation temperature, and the cumulative gas production has reached 91.8% of the total cumulative gas production on the 36 d of fermentation. When the initial pH value was 7.3, the cumulative gas production reached a maximum value of 10 458 mL and the cumulative gas production has reached 90.44% of the total cumulative gas production on the 36 d of fermentation.
