对15头猪施行瓣前端端－回直肠吻合术，用于消化试验。探讨手术中的方法问题，着重比较术中两种不同形式瘘管的安装方法、术后反应和使用效果及其优缺点。

 The operation on 15pigs of ileo－rectal anastomosis is successful in metabolism trial． This paper studies the affect on how to perform the operation stresses the comparison of cannula installation after－operation response and effect between two cannuias of different forms in operation and discusses their advantages as well as disadvantages．
