摘要
随着互联网的快速发展,电子商务凭借其突出的高效性和便捷性备受人们青睐,我国电子商务正迎来黄金发展期。本文从电子商务对推进城市文明形态转变、全方位展示城市特色、推动经济发展以及提升城市管理水平等方面分析了电子商务对于城市发展的重要性,指出了目前西南地区城市电子商务发展存在的问题,重点探讨了西南地区城市电子商务发展思路的形成与城市定位、城市突出问题、城市特色优势产业、民众需求等的联系,并从组织保障能力、规章制度、支撑体系、基础设施、重点领域、深化应用、人才培养等多角度出发思考了践行电子商务发展思路的途径,为西南地区城市电子商务的发展提供了思路。
With the rapid development of Internet, E-commerce highly favored people and ushered in the golden period by its outstanding efficiency and convenience. This paper analyzes the importance of e-commerce to push forward urban civilization morphological change, demonstrate urban characteristics, promote urban economic development and improve the level of urban management, indicates the problems of developing e-commerce in the southwest cities, focuses on researching the relationship among forming e-commerce development idea, urban Strategy, urban outstanding issues, special advantage industries and the public needs, explores ways to practice e-commerce development idea from the organizational support capabilities, rules and regulations, support system, infrastructure, key areas, deepening applications, personnel training, etc., provides ideas for e-commerce development of the cities in southwest areas.
