摘要
本文通过实际调查，分析了黑龙江省目前高职院校图书馆的现状，并通过对现今图书馆服务质量评价体系的研究，做出构建黑龙江省评价体系的思考。
Through the actual investigation, the paper analyses the present situation of the vocational college library at present in our province, And based on the research of the current library service quality evaluation system to build evaluation system in Heilongjiang province.
