经颅磁刺激结合电针治疗脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍的疗效分析

Effect analysis of transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with electric acupuncture on post-stroke dysphagia

目的:观察经颅磁刺激结合电针治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效。方法:选取脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者100例分成两组,治疗组给予经颅磁刺激+电针治疗,对照组给予电针+假性磁刺激治疗,采用吞咽功能评定量表评定,比较两组的疗效。结果:两组治疗后评分及总有效率比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:经颅磁刺激联合电针治疗脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍较单纯电针治疗效果更好。

Objective： To investigate the effect of transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with electric acupuncture on post-stroke dysphagia. Methods： 100 patients with post-stroke dysphagia were randomized into two groups, each with 50 patients. Patients in the treatment group were treated with transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with electric acupuncture, while patients in the control group received sham stimulation combined with electric acupuncture treatment. Effect of both groups were evaluated with dysphagia scale. Results： There was statistical difference of the scoring and the total effective rate in both groups after treatment （P〈0.05）, and the treatment group was better than the control group in the scoring and effective rate. Conclusion. Transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with electric acupuncture are more effective in treating post-stroke dysphagia.
