角膜溃疡清创术联合抗真菌药物治疗真菌性角膜炎疗效分析

Effect analysis of corneal ulcer debridement combined with antifungal drug in treating fungal keratitis

目的:观察角膜溃疡清创术联合抗真菌药物治疗真菌性角膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将真菌性角膜炎患者92例分为对照组和治疗组,对照组(44例)给予角膜溃疡清创术,治疗组(48例)加用氟康唑。结果:治疗总有效率和视力改善治疗组效果较好,与对照组比较P<0.05。愈合时间、眼前指数、手动-光感、手术次数治疗组较对照组改善显著(P<0.05)。结论:角膜溃疡清创术联合抗真菌药物氟康唑治疗真菌性角膜炎疗效确切,能改善患者视力。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of corneal ulcer debridement combined with antifungal drugs in the treatment of fungal keratitis. Methods： 92 cases of fungal keratitis patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group. 44 cases in the control group were administered corneal ulcer debridement, while 48 cases in the treatment group were additional fluconazole together with corneal ulcer debridement. Results： The total effective rate and improved vision in the treatment group were higher and better than that of the control group （P〈0. 05）. The healing time, immediate eye index, manual-light feeling, operation times in the treatment group improved more obviously than those of the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Corneal ulcer debridement combined with antifungal drug fluconazole in the treatment of fungal keratitis are effective, and it can improve the patients＇ eyesight.
