超声波加中低频生物电磁波配合药物治疗突发性耳聋的临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨超声波加中低频生物电磁波配合药物治疗突发性耳聋的治疗效果。方法:对123例(135耳)患者根据治疗方法不同分为3组,并观察其疗效及ET-1和CGRP的变化。结果:超声波加中低频生物电磁波组及高压氧组总有效率显著高于药物组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),高压氧组与超声波组比较无统计学差异;高压氧组和超声波组血浆ET-1和CGRP含量在治疗前后变化幅度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:声频共振配合药物治疗可有效改善前庭、半规管及耳蜗等部位的血液循环,提高突发性耳聋的有效率。血浆ET-1和CGRP的变化与突发性耳聋的预后也有着非常密切的关系。 Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of ultrasonic and mid-low-frequency biological electromagnetic waves combined with medicine on treating sudden deafness. Methods: The data of 123 patients (135 ears) were divided into 3 groups according to the different treating methods,their effects,and changes of ET-1 and CGRP were observed. Results: The total effective rate of the group treated with ultrasonic and mid-low-frequency biological electromagnetic waves combined with medicine was significantly higher than that of the hyperbaric oxygen treatment group, which was of statistical difference (P〈0.05); but there was no statistical difference between the hyperbaric oxygen treatment group and the ultrasonic group, and there was statistical difference of the changes between the plasma ET-1 and CGRP content in both groups before and after the therapy (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The acoustic resonance combined with medicine therapy can improved the blood circulation of the vestibule, cochlea and semicircular canal effectively and increase effective rate of the sudden deafness greatly. In addition,there is a close relationship between the prognosis of sudden deafness and the changes of ET-1 and CGRP in plasma.
