摘要 目的:探讨强化式健康教育对糖尿病患者管理的效果及其后续作用。方法:选取336例已确诊2型糖尿病患者,进行先以强化式教育后以常规式教育模式为期21个月的观察研究,期间对相关指标进行5次实验室检查。结果:进行强化教育的时段,患者空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)等指标达标率均有提高(P<0.05),常规管理后达标率也有提高,但与强化式管理组比较无统计学差异。结论:强化式健康教育较社区常规健康教育模式对糖尿病患者有较好效果。 Objective: To investigate the effect and subsequent action of strengthened health education on the management of patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods: 336 patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes received conventional-type education mode after being first offered strengthened health education. Patients had been observational studied for 21 months, during which 5 times of laboratory detections were conducted for the related indicators. Results: During the strengthen health educa- tion period, such indicators as FBG and HbAlc increased (P〈0.05), while in the subsequent monitoring management, some index increased but with no statistical difference compared with the strengthened management group. Conclusion: Strengthened health education have better curative effect in treating patients with diabetes than that of community conventional health education modes.
