Treatment development of upper ureteral calculi

输尿管上段结石在泌尿外科临床上常见,发病率高,输尿管上段结石由于其独特的空间位置、结构等原因,在治疗方式的选择上长期存有争议。选择具体治疗方法时应根据结石大小、数目、位置、是否存在梗阻和感染及程度、患者的肾功能和全身情况等来决定,其中结石的大小和是否嵌顿是决定治疗方案的关键依据。

Upper ureteral calculi is clinically very common in urology surgery,which has a very high incidence. However, there have existed controversy for a long time on the alternative to the treatment because of the special space structure. The choosing of a specific treatment should be based on the size, number and location of the stone, on whether there is obstruction,infection and degree of infection, as well as on renal function and general condition of the patients. The key basis to select the treatment is the size of the stone and whether it has incarceration.
