关于椎间盘疾病病种住院次均费用影响因素的分析

An analysis of affecting factors of hospital average expenditure per person upon intervertebral discs

目的找出各种次均费用影响住院总费用的主要因素，为椎间盘疾病病种收费做好基础工作。方法采用灰色关联度分析法和ICD一9国际疾病分类进行微机汇总库调研。结果按关联度Ri大小顺序推断各次均费用影响住院总费用的因素，主要影响因素是检验费、手术费、放射费。结论开展对住院单病种费用进行核算和费用最高限价收费，进一步深化医疗卫生改革，使医院在激烈的医疗市场竞争中处于不败之地。

Objective To find out the cardinal factor from various categories of total hospital expenditure per person, for the essential work on charging certain disease concerning intervertebral discs. Methods Adopt the analytical method on the de- gree of association of Gray and survey the ICD-9 international disease sorts in the microcomputer summarizing library. Results According to the size sequence of the Ri relevance to predict each variables that impacts the total expenditure per person of the hospitalization, the main factors are the charge of test, surgical operation and radiation. Conclusion Taking action to adjust ac- counts of the cost of single disease in hospital and charge as the highest valorize. Acting more progressively in the hygiene reform, in order to keep hospitals vigorous in the intense competition within medical treatment market.
