梓木家具圆榫接合抗拉强度影响因素试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 以湖南所产的梓木和氯丁乙烯橡胶乳胶液加工而成的圆榫接合节点为试验基材,通过节点抗拉试验研究木圆榫直径、木圆榫插入深度、木圆榫与榫孔的配合参数、两圆榫中心距对梓木家具木圆榫接合强度的影响。结果表明:木圆榫直径、木圆榫插入深度、和木圆榫与榫孔配合参数、两圆榫中心距4个因子对木圆榫接合强度均影响显著;综合考虑得出当梓木家具木圆榫接合采用木圆榫直径10mm,木圆榫插入深度为20mm,木圆榫与榫孔的配合的过盈量为0.2mm、两圆榫中心距为32mm时,节点接合强度最高。 With the round tenon joint node processed by catalpa wood from Hunan province and vinyl chloroprene rubber latex liquid as the base material,and through the drawing test,the influences of the wood tenon diameter,wood tenon inserting depth,tenon holes matching parameters,and two drawer front center distance of catalpa wood furniture on the tenon joint strength were studied.Results show that the four factors mentioned above significantly influence the round wood tenon joint strength.From overall analysis,the highest node joint strength can get under the conditions of l0mm wooden drawer front diameter,20mm round wood tenon inserting depth,0.2mm interference fit amount of round wood tenon and mortise holes,32mm front center distance of the two drawers.
