胃癌的CT诊断及临床意义

CT Diagnosis and Clinical Significance of Gastric Cancer

目的:分析胃癌的CT表现及其临床意义。材料与方法:收集22例经胃镜、活检病理证实的胃癌病例进行CT扫描,13例行手术治疗。胃对比剂用阴性对比剂(水),其中4例增强扫描。结果:CT扫描表现22例胃壁不规则增厚,15例合并软组织肿块,CT同时可以发现胃癌的临近侵犯或远处转移。结论:CT检查作为胃癌诊断方法之一,有其独特的优势,胃癌CT检查的目的为疗前评估,指导临床制定出合理的治疗方案。特别是在中、晚期病例治疗方案的选择上,起着越来越重要的作用,是手术治疗的重要依据。

Purpose： Analysis of CT manifestations of gastric cancer and its clinical significance. Materials and Methods： Collection of 22 cases were confirmed by gastroscopy and biopsy pathology of gastric cancer on CT scan, 13 routine surgery. Gastric contrast medium with negative contrast agent （water）, including 4 cases of enhanced scan. Results： CT scans show irregular thickening of the 22 cases of the lining of the stomach, 15 cases of soft tissue mass, CT can also be found that the approach of the gastric cancer invasion or distant metastasis. Conclusion： As one of the gastric cancer diagnosis, CT examination has its unique advantages, the stomach CT examination for the purpose of the assessment before treatment, clinical guidance to develop a reasonable treatment plan. Especially in the medium and the choice of treatment in advanced cases, plays a more and more important role, is the important basis of surgical treatment.
