基于主成分分析的储层质量综合评价模型——以克拉苏构造带巴什基奇克组为例 被引量:12

A model for comprehensive evaluation of reservoir quality based on principal component analysis:A case study of Bashijiqike Formation in Kelasu tectonic zone

摘要 以油气储集层为评价目标,选取与储层质量密切相关的因子构建指标体系,运用主成分分析方法对这些评价指标进行相关数据处理,确定了每个评价指标的权重,建立了储层质量评价模型。运用该模型对塔里木盆地库车坳陷克拉苏构造带大北203井15组白垩系巴什基奇克组碎屑岩储层样品的质量进行评价,选取的11个因子分别为粒度C值、粒度比值、成分成熟度、泥质含量、碳酸盐含量、岩石视密度、裂缝状况、平均孔喉半径、视压实率、视胶结率、视溶蚀率等,并对15组储层样品的储层质量进行排序,将评价结果与样品物性分析对比,结果表明,该模型的评价结果与储层的实际物性质量有很好的符合性。说明主成分分析方法在碎屑岩储层质量评价中具有可信度及可行性,能够客观的评价储层质量。 For reservoir quality evaluation, several factors closely related to reservoir quality were chosen and processed with principal component analysis. In this way, the weight of each evaluation index was identified and an evaluation model for reservoir quality was established. The model was applied in the evaluation of 15 groups of clastic rock samples from the Cretaceous Bashijiqike Formation in well Dabei203 in the Kelasu tectonic zone of the Kuqa Depression, the Tarim Basin. 11 factors were chosen, including C value, granularity percentage, com-positional maturity, mud content, carbonate content, rock apparent density, crack situation, average pore throat raidus, apparent compacting rate, apparent cementing rate and apparent dissolving rate. The quality of 15 groups of samples was sorted and compared with physical property analysis, showing good coincidence. The principal component analysis method could evaluate reservoir quality impersonally, and was proved reliable and practical in the quality evaluation of clastic rocks.
