摘要
为探讨用多酚含量表征烟叶合理储存时间的可行性,采用高效液相色谱测定了22个代表性烟叶样品中6种多酚(绿原酸、新绿原酸、莨菪灵、莨菪亭、芸香苷和山萘酚糖苷)的含量,并分析了多酚含量随储存时间的变化规律。结果表明:①烟叶储存1年内,6种多酚总量增加54.6%,各种多酚含量变化明显。②烟叶储存2~3年,莨菪灵含量大幅下降,其他多酚含量变化幅度较小。③不同部位烟叶中,各种多酚含量随储存时间变化趋势相似。多酚含量的变化趋势可以作为衡量烟叶最佳储存时间的参考依据。
In order to investigate the feasibility of characterizing the length of storage period with polyphenol content, the contents of six polyphenols (chlorogenic acid, neochlorogenic acid, scopoline, scopoletin, rutin and kaempferol glycoside) in 22 representative tobacco leaf samples were determined by high performance liquid chromatography, and the variation of polyphenol content during storage was analyzed. The results showed that: 1) The total amount of the 6 polyphenols in leaves stored for one year increased by 54.6%, and the content of each polyphenol changed obviously. 2) After storing for 2-3 years, the scopoline content decreased significantly, while the variation of the other polyphenol contents was not significant. 3) The variation of each polyphenol content in leaves from different stalk positions with the duration of storage period presented similar trend. The variation trend of polyphenol content could be used as a reference for determining the optimal storage period of tobacco leaves.
