摘要
鸡蛋是一种“全营养”食品.含有丰富的蛋白质、性激素、碳水化合物及多种维生素、微量元素,是具有治疗和预防疾病作用的特殊食物。营养学家称之为“理想营养库”、每天吃一个鸡蛋,可给人带来从头到脚的健康。
