As one of the focus of today’s management theory study,strategic management has become an important area of research,composed of many theoretical schools.The most representative schools such as corporate strategy,strategic management process,logical instrumentalism,the environment and competition,and the dynamic competitive strategy all have their own characteristics and limitations.The trends reflected in the western strategic management theory research show that the strategic studies range changes from a single strategy study to the systematic study of strategic management;the path of research shifts to endogenous variables from a focus on exogenous variables;the research focus changes from a static strategic research to a dynamic strategic one,and with the further development of breaking-up information technology and new economy,the strategic management itself will continue to develop and innovate.
