摘要
文中所设计电子负载以32位的ARM9TDMI为主控芯片,借助12位D/A转换芯片TLV5616作为恒流源输入电压,以电压电流霍尔CSM025A、VSM025A采样电流和被测电源的电压,通过16位A/D转换芯片ADS1115将电压电流回馈至单片机。主控程序使用PID不断修正电流至设定值,保证电流的稳定、可调,可实现步进10 mA,带有过压保护功能。显示器上即时显示实际电压、电流值、预设电流值及负载调整率。该电子负载具有优良的精度、稳定性和动态响应,并结合精确的软件控制,实现了电源测量的快速和准确。
The electronic load adopt 32 bit ARM9TDMI as the main chip,with12 bit D/A converter chip TLV5616 as a constant current source input voltage,voltage and current Hall CSM025A,VSM025A as the sampled current and voltage of power supply under test by 16 bit A/D conversion chip ADS1115,feedback the voltage and current to the microcontroller.Using the PID control procedures to constantly modify the current settings,ensure stable current,adjustable,enabling stepping 10 mA,with overvoltage protection.Real-time display the actual voltage,current value,preset current value and load regulation on the monitor.The electronic load with excellent accuracy,stability and dynamic response and combined with precise software control,to achieve a fast and accurate power measurements.
