抗利尿激素分泌不适当综合征7例临床分析 被引量：5

摘要 抗利尿激素分泌不适当综合征（syndrome of inappropriate secretion of anti—diuretic hormone，SIADH）是一组因抗利尿激素（anti-diuretic hormone，ADH）分泌异常增多或活性异常，导致的以水潴留、稀释性低钠血症以及尿钠排泄增多为特征的临床综合征。1967年Schwartz和Batter首次命名并提出诊断标准。SIADH患者中，约40％患者ADH分泌完全不受渗透压或非渗透压因素调节，血浆ADH水平波动甚大，常见于恶性肿瘤、肺部感染性疾病；
