摘要 受不利因素影响,京津城际延伸线跨津秦客专连续梁中跨合龙段不得不进入冬季施工。针对低温合龙施工,通过对中跨合龙段底板预应力钢束张拉阶段和张拉应力的调整,首先使连续梁临时合龙,确保梁体结构安全和线形受控;其次避开低温条件下压浆,保证压浆质量,最终实现连续梁的安全合龙。该技术可为后续同类连续梁施工遇特殊情况致使低温条件下合龙提供参考。 Affected by unfavorable factors, the mid-span closure segment across Tianjian-Qinhuangdao Passenger Dedicated Line continuous girder of Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Extension Line has to enter the winter construction. In view of the low temperature closure construction, through the adjustment of the mid-span closure segment prestressed steel beam bottom tensioning stage and the tensile stress, first of all, continuous girder temporary closure was made to ensure the beam structure safety and linear controlled ; second, effort was made to avoid grouting in low temperature condition to ensure the quality of grouting, and eventually realized the closure of the continuous girder safely. This can provide references for the similar continuous girder construction.
