摘要
CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道结构中,轨道板与底座之间设置的40~60mmCA砂浆填充层是其重要结构单元之一,发挥着支撑、调平、吸振和隔振作用,是高速铁路关键功能材料和复杂工艺之一,施工质量的好坏直接影响无砟轨道的耐久性和列车运行的平稳性及安全性。针对CA砂浆工艺性试验的要求以及宁安铁路CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道的特点,对CA砂浆工艺性试验和填充层灌筑等关键技术进行研究,利用质量风险管理,取得了CA砂浆拌制、灌筑等过程中一系列重要参数和施工技术,通过揭板对CA砂浆质量及外观检查,各项指标均符合要求,有效控制了CA砂棠灌筑盾号.时今后高速铁路CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道施工具有借鉴意义.
In CRTS Ⅰ type ballastless plate track structure, 40 - 60 mm CA mortar filling layer set between the track plate and the base is one of the important structural units, which plays an important role in support, leveling, vibration absorption and vibration isolation. It is one of the key functional materials and complex processes of high speed railway, whose construction quality directly affects the durability of ballastless track and train running stability and security. In the light of the requirements and manufactur ability of CA mortar test and the characteristics of Nanjing-Anqing Railway CRTS Ⅰ ballastless plate, study is done on the test and processing property of CA mortar. With quality risk management, a series of important parameters for CA mortar mixing and pouring are obtained. Tests on the CA mortar and appearance show all indexes meet the requirement, which effectively control the quality of CA mortar and can provide references for future highspeed CRTSI type plate construction.
