三正辛胺络合ICP-MS测定成都市路边尘土中的铂、钯 被引量:2

摘要 为了更准确得测定成都市成华区路边尘土中的铂、钯含量,采用王水加热消解样品,三正辛胺络合、泡塑分离富集、电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定。试验结果表明,浓盐酸+王水消解样品效果较好;震荡时间为30min时,分离基体,富集铂钯效果达到平衡;泡塑用量为0.2g即可满足10g样品分离富集要求;铂的回收率在91.87%~108.72%;钯的回收在93.34%~97.90%;方法检出限铂为0.01ng/mL,钯为0.013ng/g。该方法操作简便、分析速度快、灵敏度高,具有良好的测定精密度和准确度,使用于超痕量铂、钯的分析。 Inorder to separate and enrich trace platinum in roadside dust, which is digested by heated aqua regia and foam as adsorbent in hydrochloric acid adsorption medium of 15%, determinated by ICP-MS. The results showed that : concentrated hydrochloric acid + aqua regia digestion works is best ; shaking time was 30 min, the separation and enrichment effect to achieve the most;dosage of foam is 0.2 g could require the separation and enrichment of 10 g sample;Pt recovery is 91.87% - 108.72% ,Pd recovery is 93.34% -97.90%. The detection limit of Pt, Pd was 0. 01 ng/mL and 0. 013 ng/g. The proposed method proved to be simple,rapid and sensitive with good measurement precision, suitable for ultra-trace analysis of Pt, Pd.
