摘要 机场机坪供油管道是一种特殊形式的油品输送管道,设计计算方面的研究不多。根据飞机加油自身的特点、国标和行标的规定,对机坪供油管道工艺设计中的流态、计算流量和最小可选管径进行了推导和分析,认为机坪供油管道的设计按照水力光滑区计算水力摩阻系数是可靠的。基于停机位的设置和高峰期使用机位个数之间的关系,在合理的假设下提出途泄流量的计算方法。对管网多点同时泄油的特点,用等压降法推导了同机型供油管段的流量计算式,认为一般情况下计算流量可近似取为转输流量和途泄流量之和。提出了机坪供油管道最小可选管径的计算方法,求得的最小可选管径可在选择管径时参考。 A refueling pipeline under airport apron is a special products pipeline, and only a few researches are on its design and calculation. According to the characteristics of aircraft refueling and the specifications of relevant national and industrial standards, flow regime, design flow and minimum alternative pipe diameter are deduced and analyzed for process design of an apron refueling pipeline. It is believed that calculating hydraulic friction coefficient in hydraulic smooth zone is reliable enough to design the refueling pipeline. Based on the relationship of gate position layout to gate position used in peak hours, computing method of shunting flow is addressed under reliable assumptions. With a view to muhipoint offloading simultaneously, design flow formula is worked out by using unique pressure drop method for pipe section supplying oil for the same type of airplanes. In normal conditions, design flow approximates the sum of transfer flow and shunting flow. Calculation method of minimum alternative diameter is presented as a reference to select final pipe diameter.
