摘要
简要介绍了我国陆地棉种质创新已经取得的成果，评述了棉花种质创新中利用的各种方法在拓展育种种质基因库中的功效，并对棉花种质创新的发展方向和前景提出展望。
The progresses of upland cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L. ) germplasm enhancement in China was briefly reviewed while the effects on cotton genepool enrichment by various techniques in the process of germplasm enhancement were discussed, respectively. The future development of cotton germplasm enhancement was discussed as well.
