棉花叶片喷施化学杀雄剂1号后,叶片中Ca2+、Mn2+、Fe2+的含量在 0~3d内有较大幅度下降,3~7d内有较小幅度上升,第二次用药后的变化趋势与第一次用药类似,12d后Mn2+下降了25%,Fe26+下降了23%,Ca2+下降了40%;棉叶中Mg2+、Zn2+及总氮(N)的含量受杀雄剂的影响不明显;B的含量在0~5d内单调下降,后趋于稳定。在杀雄剂中加入金属离子(Zn2+、Cu2+、Mn2+、Mg2+)后,棉叶和整株中B、N的含量提高了;棉叶中Ca2+的含量无提高的趋势;棉叶中Mn2+的含量在0~3d内明显上升,3~7d内又明显下降。在杀雄剂中加入 B,有利于提高棉叶中 Fe2+和Ca2+的含量。
The effect of novel chemical gametocide No. 1 on the absorption of mineral elements in cotton was studied from June to July in 1999. The material of experiment was variety Chuan Pei Ⅱ at flowering time. The results of experiment showed that the contents of Ca2+, Fe2+ and Mn2+ in leaves decreased obviously during 0-3d and increased slightly from 3 to 7d after treatment with chemical gametocide. The similar result was obtained following the second spray of chemical gametocide. After 12d, contents of Mn2+, Fe2+ and Ca2+ were decreased by 25%, 23% and 40%, respectively. The gametocide No. 1 has little effect on the content of Zn2+, Mg2+ and total N in leaves, but it obviously decreased B content in leaves. The content of B decreased by 40% after 5d. When cotton plants were sprayed with the mixture of gametocide and metal ions (Zn2+ and Mg2+ and Cu2+ and Mn2+), the content of Ca2+ in leaves also decreased obviously. The content of Mn2+ in leaves increased obviously during 1-3d and decreased during 37d obviously. Compared with the treatment, the mixture of chemical gametocide and mental ions increased B and total N contents both in leaves and plants, the mixture of chemical gametocide and B increased the contents of Fe2+ and Ca2+ in leaves.
