β-受体阻滞剂在心力衰竭中的应用(附44例临床报告)

Application of β-blockers in heart failure

目的：据临床病例探讨分析β-受体阻滞剂在心力衰竭中的应用。方法收集2006年1月~2012年12月本院心内科收治的心力衰竭患者44例,根据治疗情况分为治疗组（24例）和对照组（20例）,对照组只给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用β-受体阻滞剂治疗,4个月后,评价两组治疗效果。结果治疗组显效19例（79.16%）,有效4例（16.67%）,无效1例（4.17%）,总有效率为95.83%,对照组显效10例（50%）,有效6例（30%）,无效4例（20%）,总有效率为80%,两组总有效率相比（P〈0.05）。结论在常规抗心力衰竭药物治疗基础上加用β-受体阻滞剂可明显提高患者治疗有效率,延缓心衰进程。

Objective To investigate application ofβ-blockers in heart failure based on clinical cases. Methods From January 2006 to December 2012, 44 patients with heart failure in our hospital were divided into the treatment group （24 cases） and control group （20 cases）, the control group only received conventional treatment, group withβ-blocker therapy on the basis of conventional therapy, four months later, the two groups evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results The treatment group markedly 19 cases （79.16%）, effective 4 cases （16.67%）, 1 patient of no avail （4.17%）, total effective rate 95.83%, the control group markedly in 12 cases （60%）, effective in 4 cases （20%）, 4 cases of no avail （20%）, total effective rate was 80%, the two groups compared, P〈0.05. Conclusion Using β-blockers based on in conventional anti-heart failure drug therapy can significantly improve patient treatment efficiency and delay the process of heart failure.
