健康大学生压力性疼痛阈的调查分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的调查和分析健康大学生压力性痛阈情况,为临床疼痛评估提供参考依据。方法采用压力性测痛仪,选定前臂外侧肱桡肌处为测痛点,测定郑州某高校160名在校健康大学生的压力性痛觉阈值(PPT)和压力性耐痛阈值(PTO)并进行统计学分析。结果女性PPT明显低于男性(P<0.001),男女组PTO差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);双侧对称部位PPT和PTO差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。PPT值与身高、体重、BMI指数均呈正相关(P<0.05);双侧对称部位PTO值与体重以及右侧PTO值与BMI指数呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论进行临床疼痛评估时应重视压力性痛觉阈的个体化差异以及相关的影响因素,合理分析结果。
