摘要
目的:观察基质金属蛋白酶-2、9在心血瘀阻证心肌微环境的变化。方法:建立大鼠急性心梗心血瘀阻证模型,分为假手术组、健康对照组、心虚瘀阻证组,然后用ELISA方法观测其基质金属蛋白酶2、9的表达。结果:基质金属蛋白酶2血瘀阻证表达高于健康对照和假手术组(P<0.05),基质金属蛋白酶9三组间均有差异,其中心血瘀阻证组最高,其次为假手术组、健康对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基质金属蛋白酶-2、9参与心血瘀阻证心肌微环境的变化,是中医证候本质的物质学基础。
Objective : To observe the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase - 2 and , 9 in cariac heart blood stasis syndrome of myocardial microenvironment mieroenvironment. Method : the The acute myocardial infarction rats of blood stasis models were established. Besides, there were with the sham operation group, model group, guilty stasis group, and then use the ELISA method to observe the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase 2,9. Result:The expressions of matrix metalloproteinase - 2 was higher in blood stasis group than that in healthy control and sham operation group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of matrix metalloproteinase metalloproteinase - 9 was differences the there groups, in which the heart blood stasis syndrome groups was the highest, followed by the expression of falsesham operation group, and healthy control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : The matrix metalloproteinase - 2/,9 contrubut to the change of blood stasis syndrome of myocardial microenvironment, and are the basis of TCM syndrome essence of material science.
