针药并用治疗胃轻瘫临床观察

Clinical Observation on Diabetic Gastroparesis Treated with Acupuncture Combined with Drug

目的:观察针刺配合中药治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效。方法:将93例病人随机分成治疗组52例和对照组41例,治疗组采用自拟方剂合并针灸治疗。对照组采用吗丁啉(多潘立酮片)治疗。结果:治疗组的总有效率是82.69%,对照组的总有效率是63.41%两组比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。两组空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖在治疗前后均有显著降低(P<0.05),两组间血糖值比较无明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针刺结合中药治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效较好。

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of diabetic gastroparesis treated with combined use of acupuncture and TCM. Methods： 93 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group （ n = 52） used acupuncture and TCM and control group （ n = 41 ） usedDomperidone alone. Results ： The total effective rate was 82.69% in the treatment group and 63.41% in the control group with a significant difference between the 2 groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The treatment group was superior to control group. Before and after treatment, the marks of fasting blood glucose and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose were significantly declined in both groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. And the blood glucose values were not significant between the two groups （ P 〉0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The combined use of acupuncture and TCM has a higher therapeutic effect than that of drug alone.
